The OptoStick VFL from COTSWORKS is an extremely high powered visual fault locator designed to find breaks in optical cable with thick jacketing. The high power of the 635nm laser in Optostick shows through most aerospace or rugged jackets and can travel hundreds of meters.

OptoStick comes standard with an adapter for 2.5mm ferrules and an adapter for 1.25mm ferrules. The light is turned on with a button press and can stay on with an additional selection.

OptoStick's rugged construction and easy-grip handle make it an excellent tool for lab and field work in harsh environments. It's >1M drop rating makes it last over time.
