SFF-F4-SX-DPLX-R-A is a cost effective solution for very high-speed and mission critical applications on short run fiber optic cable in harsh environments. Powered by an 4.25 Gb/s 850nm VCSEL, typical link lengths of 300 and 500 Meters on Multimode are typical with better performance available through screening.

Three types of conformal coatings are available to meet most outdoor or military specifications. All parts are tested optically and electrically (including VPM resistance) and all data is available to customers at time of shipment and through a database for up to 10 years (25 years for MIL customers).

SFF-F4-SX-DPLX-R-A is a RoHS compliant module. It meets the industry standard SFF MSA specifications. Unique to this module are two extra pins, making it a 2x7, that provide industry standard Digital Diagnostics.
