OptoLink Mobile is a compact two port converter that includes Power Over Ethernet technology so that the optical to copper conversion can be done in hard to manage locations. Used with a PoE switch or PoE injector, OptoLink Mobile can be coupled right at the fiber optic device location and converted to copper for easier integration with existing and low cost telecommunication or data communication equipment. OptoLink Mobile’s small size allows for placement under desks or seats or in corners of IT areas. The option to rack mount horizontally or vertically enhance its use in harsh environments.
